Dr. Anna Anderson, DVM
Dr. Anna Anderson has been at Ocean Isle Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years now, and is a graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary medicine. She completed her veterinary clinical rotation at Auburn University, and her undergraduate studies in Biology and Animal Science at NC State.
Her hobbies include horseback riding, boating and enjoying the beach. She is married to Dean Anderson, DVM, and has a beautiful son and daughter, and shares her home in Ocean Isle Beach with her Boykin Spaniel, Jetty. |

Dr. Kesha Yarbrough, DVM
Dr. NaiKesha Yarbrough is a graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her veterinary clinical rotation at Kansas State University. Dr. Yarbrough and her husband, Avery, share two dogs named Ginger and Chai. In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies, watching professional Call of Duty e-sports, as well as constructing and creating with LEGO.

Dr. Brenda Fox is a long-time resident of Southeastern North Carolina. She graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Dr. Fox and her husband, Ron, have two dogs, Mearl and Rudd. In her free time, Dr. Fox loves to run and has completed about 50 marathons and ultra-marathons. She also enjoys international travel and is an active volunteer with World Vets.

Lauren
Lauren lives in Shallotte with her husband and two children, Matthew and Liza, along with their dogs Mabel, Gus, and cats Buddha and Baby Cat. She has been in the veterinary field since she was 16 years old and has been with the Ocean Isle Vet family for over ten years. Lauren's free time includes enjoying playing with her kids, softball, the salt life, and hanging out with friends.

Erica
Erica grew up in New Britain, Connecticut and moved to Brunswick County in order to enjoy the beach and warmer weather. She lives with her boyfriend, Joe, and the three children they happily share. She is also the proud owner of three cats, Richard Parker, Basil, and Sophie, and a husky, Crowley. In her free time, Erica enjoys reading, painting, video games, and photography.

Emilia
Emilia lives in Ocean Isle Beach with her two children Riley and Bentley; however she is a native of the Poconos in Pennsylvania. She shares her home with one cat, Mavis, as well as an American bulldog mix, Atlas and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Korra. In her free time, she likes to going out at the beach, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Shelby
Shelby is a Brunswick County native who has recently started pursuing a career in veterinary medicine because of her love and adoration for animals, starting at a very young age. She shares a home with her beloved huskies Skye, Loki, and Ellie, a rescue mixed breed. Spending time with her family, going to the beach, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her dogs are how she enjoys her free time.

Heather
Heather, a West Virginia native, now resides in Sunset beach with her five dogs, Ava, Zeke, and Rocco, Grizzly, and Brooklyn, as well as her cat, Celia. Heather's empathy and love for pets continues to grow. She spends her time with her family, caring for other's pets, and volunteering at animal shelters.

Maddie
Originally from Ohio, Maddie moved our way to be closer to the beach and family; she has been a vacationer to our beaches since she was 6 months old, and grew a love for our area! She shares her home with her dog named Moose. Her hobbies include reading, painting, hiking, and going to the beach.

Maria
Maria is originally from Concord, NC and moved to Holden beach in 2020. She has three dogs, Red, Marley and Sunny, as well as four cats, five turtles, and a bird named Tater Tot. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Emma was born and raised in Holden Beach, NC and has two dogs, Cooper, an Australian Shepherd and Gabbie, a chihuahua. In her free time she enjoys taking her dogs for walks on the beach and trips to Starbucks for pup cups.

Meg
Meg grew up in Midlothian, VA and now lives in Ocean Isle Beach with her Maltese-Yorkie mix, Max. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2022 (Wahoowa!), and is planning on applying to vet school. She volunteers at her neighborhood's community garden and the Sunset Beach Turtle Patrol. She enjoys reading, running, and visiting new places in her free time

Trinity, a Connecticut native, now resides in Brunswick County with her Great Dane, Delilah Rose. Her hobbies include reading, collecting shells, and crocheting.
